Terms and Services Agreement:

Welcome to Tailored Space Pte Ltd! This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which we provide our interior design services to you.

Scope of Services.

We provide interior design services to our clients in accordance with the project scope and specifications agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for any reason, including if the project scope or specifications change materially from what was agreed upon.

Fees and Payment.

We will provide you with a detailed quote for our services, which will include all fees, charges, and expenses associated with the project. Fees are due and payable as set out in the quote. If any payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend or terminate services until payment is received.

Intellectual Property.

We retain all intellectual property rights in any designs, plans, or materials created or produced in connection with the project. You may use these materials only for the purposes of the project and with our prior written consent. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or display these materials without our prior written consent.

Confidentiality.

We will keep all confidential information disclosed to us in connection with the project confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

Warranties and Limitation of Liability.

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards. However, we do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from any errors, omissions, or delays in our services, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Termination.

Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this agreement and fails to remedy such breach within 30 days of receiving written notice of such breach.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Entire Agreement.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral. This agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
